Information Management / BIM adoption Strategy Supports

Build Digital has developed nine practical supports to help the construction industry adopt robust Information Management practices. The supports are designed to prepare organisations to plan for and deliver projects in alignment with the Irish BIM Mandate.

They are suitable for public sector clients and asset owners, architectural practices, engineering consultancies, and works contractors, and can be applied proportionately by organisations of different sizes, roles, and levels of digital maturity.

Together, the nine supports help organisations define clear Information Management objectives, establish appropriate roles and governance, and embed consistent, repeatable processes that support effective collaboration and delivery. Technology is treated as an enabler of agreed processes, rather than a driver in itself.
